Clinical Expertise
Dr. Khan completed undergraduate training at the University of Illinois in Chicago and earned his degree in biology. In 2020, he graduated with his doctorate from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois.
He then completed a three-year surgical residency at Ascension Saint Joseph in Chicago, Illinois. In his final year, Dr. Khan served as chief resident and won the leadership award for all residents at Ascension Saint Joseph.
Dr. Khan completed a competitive residency that included working with and training under 100 staff attendings across 25 different facilities. Dr. Khan’s experience includes extensive training in foot and ankle trauma, total ankle replacement, complex reconstructive surgery, arthroscopy, sports medicine, flap reconstruction, peripheral nerve surgery, diabetic wound care, limb salvage, external fixation, and bunion surgery.
